listing date, I'll pay you $1000.00 at the close of
escrow. (Short Sale Listings exempt) - If you are unhappy with the way your home is being
marketed and there is nothing that I can do to
change this situation, then you are released from
the Listing Contract

- If you are unhappy with your new home purchase
within 3 months of homeownership, I will sell it
for FREE.
